Children are welcome to bring snacks and there will be a tuck shop selling treats on the night too. Children are welcome to bring along siblings and friends. Tickets €5 (single) €10 (family) will be on sale outside the school every morning and afternoon. Tickets are also on sale online Thank you so much to Cillian's nana Therese who took the time to visit our class today. We performed a song and a dance for her and then we asked her lots of questions about what life was like when she was growing up. We learnt a lot and really enjoyed it.
We have lots of fun planned for Heritage Week 2017 - Mini-Museum; Guess the baby; Historical Maps of Ireland display; Dinosaur Day; Older Persons Day; and Artefact Show-&-Tell! Don’t forget, we would love family involvement on Older Persons Day (Wednesday 25th January at 9.00am) and Artefact Show-&-Tell Day (Thursday 26th January 12.30). Please let me know if you would like to contribute to either of these events.
